Carrying out the treatment on a weekly basis allows time for the integration of each session on all levels, physically, spiritually and emotionally, before moving onto the next step.
Some people do choose to have their sessions less frequently (e.g fortnightly or even monthly) due to work, schedule or financial considerations.

Absolutely not! Energetic Alignment is a gentle process and everyone takes what they need from the sessions.
Children can have energetic alignment (both my 8 & 9 year old boys have had their full 12 sessions and often ask for a ‘top up’ when they’re feeling out of sorts). While the children’s sessions do tend to be shorter than the adult ones, they will still need to be able to stay relatively still for about 15- 20 mins or so on a massage table.
Often when someone has Energetic Alignment, they like their partner or family to experience it too. By all means suggest that they try a session, however you will find that some people are ready for it and some aren’t. Either way, changes will happen in the home simply by you working on yourself 🙂
Something that we often mention when discussing the Energetic Alignment 'journey' with you is that it is very 'individual'. What we mean by that is that your current life situation, emotional status and previous experiences will not be the same as anyone else's, so while a session e.g. Session 1, may contain the same specific steps for each client, how you experience it will be different. From how long each step of the session takes to how you feel during the session and afterwards, no two people or sessions are identical.
This means that while one person may experience huge emotional shifts during their 12 weeks, often resulting in life changes (friendships, relationships, jobs, location etc.) someone else may feel an increasing sense of calm and balance without the 'rollercoaster'.
The people who report enjoying the journey most are those who can let go and trust that they are getting exactly what they need in that moment and that they will end up exactly where they are meant to be. Part of my journey was understanding that frustration usually comes from clinging to my expectations - an understanding I have to remind myself of every school morning!
One last thing to remember is a lot of growth will continue to happen in the 9 to 12 months after you finish your 12th session. This is a good reason to consider journaling through the journey (and beyond) - for some of us the journey can seem slow until we look back and see just how far we have come!
Energetic Alignment is designed as one complete treatment carried out over 12 sessions where each session builds on the last. It is therefore most beneficial to have all 12 sessions.
However, session 1 can be carried out as a standalone energy healing session as it can start to create shifts and bring back a sense of calm and balance immediately. So please do feel free to book a single session without feeling pressured to commit to all 12 if you aren't ready yet, as you will still benefit from it greatly.
Once you have had your 12 sessions, you have essentially ‘completed’ the Energetic Alignment process and you never need to have the 12 sessions over again.
However, although you've completed all 12 sessions, in our experience the structure put in place takes about 9-12 months to strengthen after the final session and many clients enjoy coming back for regular 'top up' energy healing sessions during this time to support the process.
Other clients may only return now and then when they feel the need for extra support. Our suggestion, as always, is to tune into what you need. If you find people are testing your boundaries, sapping your energy or if you're feeling 'out of sorts' then booking in a session may be beneficial for you. We have seen clients have powerful sessions years after they completed the initial 12, allowing them to take great leaps forward in their personal growth journey.
Each of the sessions has a specific purpose and builds on the previous session. A lot of things may be addressed in each session and what each person experiences will differ but here is a basic guide to the intent of each session. It is worth noting that while an area may be the focus of a specific session, the intent will be reinforced in the following sessions and will continue to develop and strengthen over the next 12-18 months.
1. Clearing and balancing chakras, past trauma and injuries in preparation for realigning the body (feel more balanced and clearer)
2. Instruct the body to heal and align its own chakras (feel more aligned and peaceful)
3. Work on communication (feel more space and stability)
4. Work around the heart to feel safer with love; bring in power (feel more stable and grounded)
5. Stabilise the auric field; Grounding (Experience clarity)
6. Changes the magnetics, focuses on life purpose (Feel more grounded)
7. Boundaries and protection (access and use more senses)
8. Strengthen boundaries (Feel expansion and emotional freedom)
9. Clear out emotional baggage, drama and stories (energy comes through more clearly; remembering and regeneration begins)
10. Awakens spiritual identity (wakens sense of uniqueness, self-sufficiency and sustainability)
11. Stillness from mind
12. Connection to Universal Intelligence or 'hook up to a bigger picture'.
